Consider and Approve authorization to issue requests for qualifications for engineering services (RFQ) for grant application (Phase II), and implementation services for Texas Community Development Grant Program for 2025/2026 Community Development Fund (and all eligible activities per the application guidance) as administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture. Consider, discuss, and authorize the City of La Feria to solicit requests for proposals (RFP) for Administrative Services and requests for qualifications (RFQ) for Engineering Services for management and implementation services for the Texas General Land Office (GLO) Disaster Recovery Resilience Program (DRRP). Consideration and possible action to approve completion of Texas Capital Fund loan payments to the Texas Department of Agriculture, and use of the same funds as matching funds to Grant No. CDM24-0072.
