Consideration and possible action on Resolution 2024-26 to cast votes for in the election for the Board of Directors of the Cameron Appraisal District. (City Manager) 7. Consideration and possible action on Resolution 2024-27 removing current members and appointing new members to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. (Planning Director) 8. Consideration and possible action on Resolution 2024-28 removing current members and appointing new members to the Planning & Zoning Commission. (Planning Director) 9. Consideration and possible action on Resolution 2024-29 appointing a member to the La Feria Industrial Development Corporation. (City Manager) 10. Consideration and possible action on Resolution 2024-30 appointing a member to the La Feria Economic Development Corporation. (City Manager)  11. Closed Session: A. Closed session pursuant to Sec. 551.071, Tex. Gov’t Code, to receive legal advice and counsel regarding certain utility matters arising from the lease agreement between the City of La Feria and Our Lady of the Lake University.
