Advance notification will ensure compatibility with City equipment and allow Commission meeting presentations to progress smoothly and in a consistent and equitable manner. Please note that all presentations/digital materials are considered part of the maximum time limit provided to speakers. CURRENT BUSINESS 5.1 NEW COMMISSIONER INTRODUCTIONS Commissioners introduced themselves and provided background information on where they go to school. 5.2 APPROVE MINUTES FOR MAY 12, 2025 MEETING Moved by Commissioner Rossiter Seconded by Commissioner Reagan To approve the minutes Motion Approved 5.3 SUMMER RECAP Commissioners discussed their summer activities. 5.4 2025-26 WORK PLAN Josh reviewed the Commission Work Plan for 2025-26. 5.5 TEEN TALK Commissioners provided feedback on how they are settling in to the school year. 6.
