Advance notification will ensure compatibility with City equipment and allow Commission meeting presentations to progress smoothly and in a consistent and equitable manner. Please note that all presentations/digital materials are considered part of the maximum time limit provided to speakers. PRESENTATION 3.1 LA MESA CAP TEAM - LA MESA E-BIKE INCENTIVE PROGRAM The CAP Team described the E-Bike Incentive Program and how the program helps with environmental sustainability. 1 Page 4 of 5 4. CURRENT BUSINESS 5.1 APPROVE MINUTES FOR OCTOBER 13, 2025 MEETING Moved by Commissioner Rossiter Seconded by Commissioner Madrid To approve the minutes Motion Approved 5.2 TEEN TALK The commissioners talked about the transition from middle school to high school.
