Laconia Public Library Board of Trustees Meeting Sep 21, 2017 MINUTES The Laconia Public Library held its regularly scheduled monthly meeting on Thursday, September 21, 2017 in the Volpe Conference Room of the Gale Library Building. In attendance were Marie Bradley, Kim Danosi, Olie Anderson, Bruce Kneuer, John Perley and Liz Rosenfeld. Chairman John Moriarty called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. Chairman seated alternate trustee Bruce Kenuer as a voting member at this meeting. Anderson moved and Bradley seconded a motion to go into non-public session in accordance with New Hampshire Revised Statute Annotated 91-A:3 II (a). By roll-call vote the board unanimously voted by all members, then present, to enter into non-public session at 5:04 p.m. Trustee Rosenfeld joined the meeting subsequent to the roll call vote. The non-public session ended at 6:55 p.m. The chair undertook procedural and so called, “housekeeping” items including possible upcoming meeting dates and agenda items. Perley moved and Rosenfeld seconded a motion to adjourn at 7:00 p.m. Respectfully submitted by John Moriarty  Laconia Public Library Board of Trustees Non-Public Meeting Sep 21, 2017 MINUTES The Laconia Public Library Board of Trustees, already in public session on Thursday September 21, 2017 at the Gale Library, and In accordance with NH RSA 91-A II (a), voted in the affirmative to enter into non- public session by roll-call vote at 5:02 p.m. Voting yes were associate trustees: Bradley, Danosi, Anderson, Perley; seated alternate trustee Kneuer, and chairman Moriarty. No others were present or voted. Trustee Rosenfeld joined the meeting shortly thereafter. The trustees conducted a performance review of the library director (blank form attached). Bradley moved and Anderson seconded a motion to adjourn the non-public session and resume the public meeting of the Board of Trustees at 6:55 p.m. which was unanimously approved by roll-call vote.
