Laconia Public Library Board of Trustees Minutes of Meeting May 23, 2019 Laconia Rotary Hall Call to Order: Laconia Public Library Board of Trustees held their regular monthly meeting in the Laconia Rotary Hall. Chairman John Moriarty called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. Present: John Perley; alternate Bruce Kneuer, and Director Randy Brough. Chairman seated Kneuer. Not Present: James Anderson; Aaron Bassett; Marie Bradley; Kimberly Danosi; Liz Rosenfeld. A quorum was not present, so no business was conducted. March and April minutes were reviewed and accepted, Library Staff had a full day of training on Apollo yesterday, May 22. Expectation remains to go live next Wednesday, May 29. Financial documents for April were reviewed, including a newly prepared cash forward document. Expected expenses through the end of the fiscal year indicate that the library may finish with a small balance. Public relations topics were discussed. Next meeting will be held at 65 Water Street at 5:30pm on Thursday, June 20. Meeting adjourned 6:20pm. Respectfully submitted, 1
