CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Mike Foote at 6:47PM 2. ROLL CALL F Roll call was done by Assistant Planning Director Rob Mora Present: Robert Hamill; Mike Foote; Charlie St. Clair; Mark Haynes; Bruce Cheney Absent: Dean Anson; Claudia Marchesseault; Ava Doyle; Sarah Jenna; Peter Brunette 3. RECORDING SECRETARY A Karen Santoro, Zoning Technician 4. STAFF IN ATTENDANCE Dean Trefethen, Director of Planning/Zoning and Code Enforcement; Rob Mora, Assistant Planning Director 5. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS R C. St. Clair made a motion to accept the minutes of October 17, 2019 as presented. M. Haynes seconded the motion. All in favor (5-0) 6. PUBLIC INPUT D M. Foote briefly outlined the Capital Improvement Committee process. At 6:49 PM Vice Chair M. Foote opened the meeting to public input. At 6:49 PM, with no members of the public present, M. Foote closed the public input portion of the meeting. 7. ADJOURNMENT At 7:58 PM C. St. Clair made a motion to adjourn the meeting. M.
