CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chair Peter Burnett at 6:38PM 2. ROLL CALL F Roll call was done by Assistant Planning Director Rob Mora Present: Sarah Jenna; Robert Hamill; Peter Brunette Mike Foote; Mark Haynes; Bruce Cheney Absent: Dean Anson; Claudia Marchesseault; Ava Doyle; Charlie St. Clair 3. RECORDING SECRETARY A Karen Santoro, Zoning Technician 4. STAFF IN ATTENDANCE Rob Mora, Assistant Planning Director 5. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS R 5.I. Draft Minutes From October 22 Meeting (PDF) M. Haynes made a motion to accept the minutes of October 22, 2019 as presented. M. Foote seconded the motion. All in favor (6-0) D 6. REVIEW OF RANKINGS 6.I. Final Scores And Ranking (PDF) The Committee discussed the final rankings. B. Cheney requested that they look at #24 Fire Dept. Breathing Apparatus; #41 Variable Message Board; #87 Digital Dictation Software; and #119 Replacement Forestry Truck and consider moving them up in the rankings. M. Haynes also brought #106 Security Fence (for Police Dept.) to the discussion. The Committee suggested separating out the Water Department projects because they are self-funded and then re-listing the projects. After listing them separately the list was updated. M. Foote made a motion to send the updated ranking list to the Planning Board. B. Cheney seconded the motion. All in favor. 7. ADJOURNMENT At 7:09 PM M. Foote made a motion to adjourn the meeting. M.
