LACONIA CITY HALL, ROOM 200B 3/20/2024 - Minutes 1. CALL TO ORDER Chairman Soucy called the meeting to order at 2:00 pm. 2. SALUTE TO THE FLAG Chairman Soucy led the salute to the flag. 3. RECORDING SECRETARY Nancy Brown, Administrative Assistant to the City Manager 4. ROLL CALL The following Committee members were in attendance: Councilor Robert Soucy and Councilor Mark Haynes. Councilor Bruce Cheney was absent. 5. STAFF IN ATTENDANCE Nancy Brown, Administrative Assistant to the City Manager 6. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS 6.A. Approval of Appointments Subcommittee meeting minutes of November 8, 2023 A motion was made to approve the minutes of the Appointments Subcommittee meeting of November 8, 2023; the motion passed unanimously. 7. Interviews of individuals interested in being reappointed or appointed to the City's Boards and Commissions The Appointments Subcommittee interviewed applicants who had submitted applications for appointment or reappointment to the City's various Boards and Committees. 8. Any other business that may come before the Committee 9. ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned at 5:20 pm.
