CALL TO ORDER Chairman Soucy called the meeting to order at 6:36 pm. 2. SALUTE TO THE FLAG Chairman Soucy led the salute to the flag. 3. RECORDING SECRETARY 4. ROLL CALL The following Committee members were in attendance: Councilor Robert Soucy, Councilor Bruce Cheney and Councilor Mark Haynes. 5. STAFF IN ATTENDANCE 6. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS 7. Discussion and review of applicants interviewed at the March 20, 2024 Appointments Subcommittee meeting Committee members reviewed the applications for individuals interviewed at the prior Appointments Subcommittee meeting, prior to recommending them for appointment at the full City Council meeting. 8.
