Call to Order (Roll Call):  Review of the minutes of the March 22nd, 2017 meeting. II. New Business: 1. Presentation by Northpoint Engineering for the 63 Blaisdell Avenue Irwin Marine Proposal. 2. Presentation by Patrick Wood (Patrick Wood Law Office LLC.) and Jason Hill (T.F. Moran) for The Gardens at Winnipesaukee. 3. Lake Winnisquam Watershed meeting is April 7th at Winnisquam Marina 4. Soak up the Rain sites 5. Laconia Brownfields sites 6. Winnipesaukee River cleanup schedule 7. Water sampling - Lakes and Tributaries III. Liaison & Sub-Committee Reports:  Permit Sub-Committee review and update  Messer Street Boat Ramp – owned by Eversource so Deb will talk with them to do shrub plantings, move porta potty and build and install kiosk  Agriculture subcommittee – update by Lisa and Dick  Adopt a Spot pollinator species planting  Milfoil subcommittee 1. flow study cost estimate from UNH 2.
