CITY OF LACONIA DOWNTOWN TIF ADVISORY BOARD Tuesday, June 28th, 2022 - 8:30 AM City Hall - Conference Room 200A Accepted 7/18/2022 6/28/2022 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Chair: B. Neal called the meeting to order at 8:42. 2. Roll Call The following members were present: Chris Condodemetraky, Breanna Neal, Charlie St. Clair, and Rob Mora. 3. Recording Secretary R. Mora 4. Staff in Attendance R. Mora 5. Acceptance of Minutes from Previous Meetings 5.1. Draft Minutes (PDF) Chair B. Neal: Asked if everyone had a chance to review the minutes and if anyone had any suggested changes. No one requested any changes. Chair B. Neal: Accepted the minutes as presented. 6. New Business 6.1. TIF Funds This item was moved to following month as no information was available. 6.2. Colonial Theatre Discussion Jake Crumb - General Manager, Colonial Theater: Discussed how the current operations of the Colonial are going. Also concerns with where entertainers are able to park and shore power. Also mentioned that he has some concerns with Special Events and perhaps the City should notify abutters of events. The board discussed possible locations and options for parking entertainers and locations for shore power to be installed. 6.3. Future Public Works Projects 6.4. Camera's for Police Department Discussion The board discussed security concerns downtown and would like to see if the Police Department can come in to discuss whether cameras downtown would be beneficial. 7.
