City of Laconia Downtown TIF Advisory Board Wednesday, June 26th, 2024 - 9:00 AM Conference Room 200B AGENDA 6/26/2024 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Meeting called to order at 9:05AM. 2. Acceptance of Minutes from Previous Meetings Minutes were accepted as presented. 5.1. Draft Minutes 6. New Business 6.1. Adopt-A-Spot There was a discussion about the Adopt-A-Spot and the landscaping downtown. There was further discussion about maintaining the spots and how to make them better. R. Mora mentioned having the Conservation Commission help with planting in Downtown. There was conversation about beautification and how to move forward. W. Clement asked about painting the flowerpots and to contact the woman who has done them recently. There was discussion about painting bricks and DPW should have further information. 7. Old Business 7.1. Downtown TIF Budget Staff are going to reach out to Finance about the 2025 budget. 7.2. Election of Members W. Clement mentioned prospective members. The Downtown TIF has three vacant positions. Planning Dept staff are going to reach out and see if they’re interested.  Staff are going to reach out to Finance about the 2025 budget. 7.2.
