MLK Planning Subcommittee Minutes January 7th, 2020 Laconia City Hall – Rm. 200B No more meetings until next Fall! Present: Margaret Donnelly, Carol Pierce, David Osman, Kate Bruchacova, Rev. Judith Wright, Margaret Donnelly, David Stamps. The meeting came to order at 3pm. The minutes of December 4h were approved Discussion centered around details for the MLK Event: 1. The schedule was finalized for the event 2. Discussion of an award for Ed .. Dennis said he would get something done with Ian Raymond. 3. Margaret said she would handle publicity 4.
