Martin Luther King, Jr Planning Committee May 17, 2024 At the Unitarian Universalist Society of Laconia Present: Janet Simons, Matt Soza, and Rev Judith Wright Unable to Attend : Richard Littlefield and Trish Weatherbee Discussion : We watched the documentary by NH Public TV sent to Rev. Judith by Dr. Larry Benaquist on Dr. Johnson and his family. This is exactly 30 minutes long and we all three felt would be great for MLK celebration with Dr. Benaquist then sharing after the viewing. We also suggested that the film “Lost Boundaries” be shown at the Laconia Library prior to MLK Celebration and then afterwards as well. It would be too much to show all of the film at the MLK celebration. Our next meeting will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Society of Laconia, 172 Pleasant St., Laconia on June 17th at 10 am.
