Guests present: Drew Gillett joined the meeting at 4:09 pm. Minutes of Meeting: Vice Chairman Gifford opened the meeting at 4:03 pm, noting that there were only four board members present, not constituting a quorum. I. Action on approval of meeting minutes A. Approval of 9/20/2018 meeting minutes B. Approval of 10/23/2018 special meeting minutes Absent a quorum, there was no action taken on approval of minutes. II. Public Input: There was none. III. Finance Report: A general discussion ensued regarding the current status of the finances. IV. Operations Report: A. The manager reported that upon reviewing the wording in the Conservation Easements, it became clear that the potential plan to locate a solar array within easement property would be prohibited. Therefore, alternate sites are being considered.  II B. The signs and lights that were damaged/destroyed as a result of an aircraft incident in September have been replaced. C. The forester who supervised the logging operation on airport property last year is requesting permission on behalf of another client to traffic through that recently logged airport property to remove timber from the client’s property. The reason for the request is that the client’s property is otherwise hemmed in by wetlands inhibiting other avenues of timber removal from his property. No decision was made regarding this request due to a lack of a quorum. V. Old Business: None VI. New Business: None VII. NEXT MEETING: DECEMBER 20, 2018 VIII.
