Laconia Putnam Fund Board of Trustees Meeting May 4, 2018 This meeting was called to order on May 4, 2018 at the Woodside Commons located at the Taylor Community at 12:03 PM with the following in attendance: Charles Bradley, Linda Peary and Jim Rogato. Minutes: The meeting minutes of April 6, 2018 were approved as presented. The Board reviewed and discussed the April concert of the Tokens and Shirley Alston Reeves. The Board reviewed the contract for Mary Wilson concert on September 28, 2018. There was discussion of possible future programs: a) NASA astronaut b) Blues concert - Ray Norcia c) Art Garfunkel d) David Brody e) Nova Scotia fiddler f) Cowsills Christmas Program There was also discussion of available venues limited to the high school and middle school, and the difficulty in reserving dates.
