Lakes Business Park Commission Minutes – April 3, 2017 Chairman Ed Engler called the meeting to order at 4:06. Other Commissioners present were Tony Ferruolo, Leo Sanfacon & Henry Lipman. Gilford Town Administrator Scott Dunn and Laconia City Manager Scott Myers were in attendance. Guests present were Kevin Morrissette, Steve Smith & Steve Weeks Jr. E. Engler asked S. Myers to provide a brief overview of why the Commission was required to review the design plan. S. Smith provided copies of the completed design plan and spoke of the building height as well as the entire site plan. An elaborate soil perc test has been completed on the lot. The size and location of the buildings hasn’t changed from what was previously presented. The plan is still to construct the first building and once occupied, begin construction on the second building. The sign design is not yet completed but the sign location has been approved. Lighting illumination will comply with Laconia’s ordinance. T. Ferruolo moved to accept the plan as presented with sign approval still to come. Seconded by H. Lipman. Unanimous vote to approve. Seeing no other business to come before the Commission and without objection, E. Engler declared the meeting adjourned at 4:18. Minutes prepared by S. Myers.
