CITY OF LACONIA LICENSING MINUTES MEETING OF APRIL 17, 2015 Present: Licensing: J. Rogato, Chair; K. Beattie; LFD Absent M. Canfield, LPD J. Rogato called the meeting to order at noon. Licensing Regular: Broken Spoke- Entertainment License 6/13/15-6/21/15 Broken Spoke- Outdoor Loudspeaker 6/13/15-6/21/15 K. Beattie stated that the Broken Spoke has a Utility pole that needs to be attended to prior to approving licenses. H. Young stated that at the previous Licensing/SERC Meeting this was brought up during their site plan approval. Motion: K Beattie moved to approve both of the above applications being contingent on the utility pole being replaced with the second by J. Rogato. Both voted in favor of approval, 2-0. Licensing New Business: None. Licensing Old Business: None. Licensing Adjournment: J. Rogato moved to adjourn the Licensing meeting with K. Beattie seconding.
