Itinerant Vendor for Southwestern Advantage A discussion was made regarding Southwestern Advantage's application. It was stated that last years applicant's license was revoked because of forceful behavoir with clients. This years applicant needs to be aware that if they get complaints regarding this type of behavior that his application will also be revoked. Motorcycle Week Vendor Refund for Fraction TV, Inc A discussion was made regarding the the applicants refund request. The City can not refund the fees assocaited with his payment but we can refund the vendor the application fee of $450. Motion to approve by Chief Kirk Beattie, seconded by Captain Al Graton.
