Laconia Licensing Board 6/2/2021 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 12:00 PM by Chairman Jim Rogato. 2. Roll Call Chairman Jim Rogato, Chief Kirk Beattie, Captain Michael Finogle 3. Recording Secretary Hilary Young 4. Acceptance of minutes from previous meetings 4.A. Draft Minutes from May 5, 2021 Minutes of May 5, 2021 were reviewed by the board and accepted as presented. 5. Licensing Review Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve items 5.A, 5.B, and 5.C. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Captain Finogle. 5.A. IV- Aqua Fun LLC 5.B. IV- Winni Wagon 5.C. RAF- Opechee Garden Club 6. New Business 6.A. ENT- Martellis Inc Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve Entertainment license for Martelli's. Motionw as made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Captain Finogle. 7. Other Business Licensing Clerk, Hilary, stated that T-Bones just applied for a seasonal entertainement license and asked if anyone had issues with it being administratively approved. No issues were heard. Chief Beattie asked if Licensing Clerk had heard anything about a vendor providing Covid-19 shots, Hilary stated that the applicant applied but did not state they will be doing Covid-19 shots. 8.
