Laconia Licensing Board 9/1/2021 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 12:00 PM by Chairman Rogato. 2. Roll Call Chairman Jim Rogato, Chief Kirk Beattie, Captain Michael Finogle 3. Recording Secretary Hilary Young 4. Acceptance of minutes from previous meetings 4.A. August 4, 2021 Draft Minutes Minutes of the August 4, 2021 meeting were reviewed by the board and accepted as presented. 5. Licensing Review Chairman Rogato entertained a motion for items 5.A and 5.B. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Captain Finogle. 5.A. IV- Aqua Fun LLC 5.B. RAF- Cure SMA 6. New Business 6.A. Event- High Octane Saloon 9/11 Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve High Octane Saloon 9/11 event. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Captain Finogle. Board entered a discussion. Chief Beattie questioned if they were planning on having any tents, Licensing Clerk stated that this would be discussed in the Special Events Meeting and that it was unknown at that time. Chairman Rogato asking Captain Finogle if a Police detail was needed. 6.B. Event- Red Anchor Wellness Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve Red Anchor Wellness Expo.
