Laconia Licensing Board 7/6/2022 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 12:00 PM by Chairman Rogato. 2. Roll Call Chairman Jim Rogato, Captain Michael Finogle, Chief Kirk Beattie. 3. Recording Secretary Hilary Young 4. Acceptance of minutes from previous meetings 4.A. Draft minutes from June 1, 2022 Minutes of the June 1, 2022 meeting were reviewed by the board and accepted as presented. 5. Licensing Review Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve all Licensing Review items 5.A. through 5.H.. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Captain Finogle. 5.A. ENT- Spectacle Management 5.B. IV- Potts Harbor Lobster 5.C. IV- Southwestern Advantage 5.D. IV- Weirs Tier 1 5.E. July 4th Vendors 5.F. Motorcycle Week Vendors 5.G. RAF- Easterseals NH 5.H. RAF- Miss Lakes Region Scholarship 6. New Business 6.A. Event- Easterseals Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve the Easterseals Event. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Captain Finogle. 6.B. Motorcycle Week Vendor refund  Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve the Easterseals Event. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Captain Finogle. 6.B. Motorcycle Week Vendor refund Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve Bill's Trailer Sales refund request. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Captain Finogle. 7. Other Business Chairman Rogato informed the board that he received an email from a Motorcycle Week vendor. He stated that the vendor has been here for many years and that he thinks the event is not the same and that the increase in fees are not appropriate. Chairman Rogato stated he does not believe its an e-mail that is requesting a response and that the gentleman was just stating his opinion. 8. Unfinished Business 9.
