Licensing Board Meeting 4/6/2023 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 1:50 PM by Licensing Clerk Hilary Young. 2. Roll Call Captain Michael Finogle and Chief Tim Joubert 3. Draft Minutes from March 1, 2023 Minutes from March 1, 2023 were reviewed by the board and accepted as presented. 5. Licensing Review Licensing Clerk entertained a motion to approve agenda items 5.A - 5.D. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chief Joubert. 5.A. IV- Drink Positive LLC 5.B.
