Laconia Licensing Board 9/6/2023 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 12:00 PM by Chairman Jim Rogato. 2. Roll Call Chairman Jim Rogato, Captain Michael Finogle, and Chief Tim Joubert 3. Recording Secretary Hilary Young 4. Acceptance of minutes from previous meetings 4.A. Draft Minutes from August 2, 2023 Minutes from the August 2, 2023 meeting were reviewed by the board and accepted as presented. 5. Licensing Review 6. New Business 6.A. Event- Downtown Gym Chairman Rogato entertained a motion approve The Downtown Gym's event application. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chief Joubert. Discussion: Licensing Clerk Hilary Young stated that The Downtown Gym requested the fees to be transferred from last years event that ended up being canceled. Chairman Rogato said that would be fine, Captain Finogle and Chief Joubert had no objection. 6.B. Event- The Mystic Meadows Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve an event for The Mystic Meadows. Motion was made by Chief Joubert and seconded by Captain Finogle. 7. Other Business 8.
