Laconia Licensing Board 1/3/2024 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 12:00 PM by Chairman Jim Rogato. 2. Roll Call Chairman Jim Rogato, Lieutenant Chris Noyes, and Chief Tim Joubert 3. Recording Secretary Hilary Young 4. Acceptance of minutes from previous meetings 4.A. Draft Minutes from October 4, 2023 Minutes from the October 4, 2023 meeting were reviewed by the board and accepted as presented. 5. Licensing Review Chairman Jim Rogato entertained a motion to approve items 5.A through 5.D. Motion was made by Chief Joubert and seconded by Lt. Noyes. 5.A. ENT 2023- VFW 5.B. IV- Papa's Kitchen 5.C. RAF- Belknap County Sheriffs Relief Assocation 5.D. RAF- Lakes Region Wavemakers 6. New Business 6.A. ENT 2024- VFW Chairman Jim Rogato entertained a motion to approve the VFW's entertainment license for 2024. Motion was made by Chief Joubert and seconded by Lt. Noyes. 6.B. IV- Beans and Greens Food Truck Chairman Jim Rogato entertained a motion to approve Bean's and Green's Food Truck for November and December 2023. Motion was made by Chief Joubert and seconded by Lt. Noyes. 6.C. Junk Dealer- Reed's Auto Wrecking Co Chairman Jim Rogato entertained a motion to approve Reed's Auto Wrecking Co. and Reed's Salvage Co. Motion was made by Chief Joubert and seconded by Lt. Noyes.  6.C.
