3/6/2024 - Minutes 1. Call to Order City Clerk, Katie Gargano called the meeting to order at 12:36 PM. 2. Roll Call City Clerk, Katie Gargano performed Roll Call, in attendance were Chief Tim Joubert, Captain Michael Finogle. 3. Recording Secretary Donna Clairmont 4. Acceptance of minutes from previous meetings 4.A. Draft Minutes from February 7, 2024 On a motion by Captain Finogle and second by Chief Joubert, the minutes from the February 7, 2024 meeting were approved accepted as presented. 5. Licensing Review 5.A. Raffle - Greater Lakes Region Children Auction This item was approved administratively - raffle was postponed due to inclement weather from February 13, 2024 to March 12, 2024. The raffle will be held at Funspot. The Board acknowledged the approval of the raffle license. 6. New Business A motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chief Joubert, to approve items 6 A to 6 C. The board approved the Entertainment License for American Legion Post 1, Entertainment and Outdoor Loudspeaker for the Margate, Entertainment and Outdoor Loudspeaker for the Naswa. 6.A. ENT - American Legion 6.B. ENT OLS MARGATE 6.C. ENT OLS NASWA 6.D. Event - Tower Hill Motion to approve by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chief Joubert for Events licenses for Tower Hill. Donna Clairmont noted that Tower Hill will be requesting a waiver of fees for the Events. This request will need to be presented to the City Council. 7. Other Business 8. Unfinished Business 9.
