Loughlin: Asks if everyone has reviewed the minutes from the previous meeting and asks if any changes are requested. K. Dunleavy: Motions to accepted minutes Minutes are accepted as presented. 6. Dunleavy: Motions to accept the application with the following conditions. 1. The event will be held on November 25, 2017 from 9:00 AM till 12:00 PM 2. No overnight camping or parking is allowed 3. All waste is required to be removed from site after the event. 4. Crossing guards must be positioned on Fair Street 5. Emergency Contact information Janet Brough 603-455-4735 6.
