Loughlin: Calls the meeting to order at 12:00 PM 2. ROLL CALL The following were present: Gordon Loud, Ben Crawford, Kevin Dunleavy, Al Graton, Charlie Roffo, and Brandee Loughlin. 3. Board explains to applicant that a new plan is required to be submitted along with, a port-o-potty contract, dumpster contact, and either show the dumpster moved on the new plan or have permission from the abutting neighbor in writing to have the dumpster located on their property. Board and Applicant Discussion: Route changes based on snow and weather are discussed along with who will be at the locations where the there are planned road crossing. B. Loughlin: Opens the application to the Public at 12:15 PM Applicants: Explain wrestling event to the Board, stating that it will be the exact same event that has previously been held at Tower Hill in the Weirs. Board: States that a floor plan needs to be submitted to the Fire Department for review. Applicant also asks if they will be required to obtain a Police Detail, of if perhaps the Police Department can just have someone stop in to check on the event since all of the proceeds will be going to support a local family? A. Graton: Explains that he does not know whether that will be plausible or not and he does not know what the schedule is for the Police Department for that day. Applicant: States that if they need to they will pay for a Police detail. B. Loughlin: Closes the application to the Public at 12:17 PM K. Dunleavy: Makes a motion to approve the event with the same conditions that were used when the event was held at Tower Hill with the addition, that a floor plan is submitted to the Fire Department and the Planning Department by 1 March 2018, and that the applicant will obtain Police detail if the Police Department requires it.
