1. CALL TO ORDER
R. Mora called the meeting to order at 12:11 pm
2. ROLL CALL
Members present: Capt. Graton, Laconia Police Department; Krista Larsen, DPW; Chief Beattie, Fire; Amy
Lovisek, Parks; Rob Mora, Assistant Planner; and Shannon Greenwood, Licensing.
Members absent: Ben Crawford, Water Department

5. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS
Minutes of February 6, 2019 were reviewed by the committee and accepted as presented.

7.1. PL2019-0014SE Lakeside Ave Foodtruck Festival (PDF)
R. Mora informed the committee that the application for the Food Truck Festival has been withdrawn by
the applicant.
7.2. PL2019-0015MC 12 Foster Ave Motorcycle Week Temporary Parking (PDF)
It was noted that the applicant is the new owner of the property; same layout as previous years. The
NOA will be updated to reflect the address of 12-14 Foster Ave and the new owner’s name.
The public hearing opened at 12:13 pm
With no one to speak for or against the application the public hearing closed at 12:13 pm.
S. Greenwood made a motion to approve the application with the same conditions as last year; with
dates to be updated.
