ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS 5.1. December 1, 2021 Special Events Technical Review Committee Minutes (PDF) The minutes of December 1, 2021 were accepted as presented. 6. PUBLIC HEARINGS, POSSIBLE CONSIDERATION AND VOTE Note: The Purpose Of This Agenda Section Is For The Board To Have A Presentation From The Applicant And Open A Public Hearing For The Public To Provide Input. The Board May Also Deliberate The Application, Decide And Conduct A Final Vote At This Time. 6.1. PL2021-0145 Veterans Appreciation Event At Leavitt Park (PDF) The committee briefly discussed the application. There is no requirement for a temporary traffic order (TTO) as there will not be any road closures. The committee suggested conditions of approval including coordinating with the DPW regarding inclement weather and any alternate date; the removal of any animal waste; coordinating with the Police Department; standard FOG language; and adhere to Chapter 195 and Appendix A & B. A. Lovisek noted that they have Parks approval and approval from the Leavitt Park House Association. At 12:08 PM R. Mora opened the public hearing. At 12:08 PM with no one to speak for or against the application, R. Mora closed the public hearing. R.
