CALL TO ORDER F The meeting was called to order at 12:02PM 2. ROLL CALL A Scott performed roll call in attendance Amy Lovisek, Nate Gaurette, Tim Joubert, Scott Pelchat, Tyler Carmichael, Katie Gargano, Mike Finogle, Ben Crawford, and Donna Clairmont. 3. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS Minutes were accepted from the prior months meeting. 5.1. Special Events Meeting Minutes 6. PL2024-003 MC 3 Veterans Ave 3 Veterans Ave returning event Public comment was closed at 12:28PM and a motion was made by Nate and seconded by Amy and it passed unanimously. 10. PL2024-0007 MC 1089 Weirs Blvd 1089 Weirs Blvd returning event and public comment was closed at 12:31 and a motion was sought and T was made by Nate and seconded by Tim and was unanimous approved. 12. PL2024-0008 MC 279 Lakeside Ave 279 Lakeside Ave returning event closed to public discussion at 12:32PM and was motioned for approval by F Nate and seconded by Amy and it was unanimous approved. 13. PL2024-0009 MC 329 Lakeside Ave 329 lakeside Ave returning event it was closed to public discussion at 12:33PM and a motion was sought A and was made by Amy and seconded by Nate and it was unanimously approved. 14. PL2024-0010 SE The Market At The Weirs Paul from the Bamm group spoke regarding the Farmers market in the Weirs park this summer it will run R the course of the summer less the two weeks for motorcycle week. Paul spoke regarding vendors and parking. Paul was advised that samples of alcohol can not be allowed but closed bottles can be sold but not consumed on site. it was opened to public discussion at12:20 and closed to the public at 12:21 PM and a motion was made to grant The Farmers Market Amy motioned and it was seconded by Nate and was unanimously approved.
