CALL TO ORDER F The meeting was called to order at 12:05PM 2. ROLL CALL A Scott Pelchat gave roll call in attendance Amy Lovisek, Tim Joubert, Joe Gray, Hilary Young, Mike Finogle, and Ben Crawford. 3. RECORDING SECRETARY Scott Pelchat R 4. STAFF IN ATTENDANCE 5. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS D 5.1. Minutes the Minutes were accepted as written. 6. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARINGS, CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE VOTE Note: The Purpose Of This Agenda Section Is For The Board To Continue The Public Hearing For The Applicant And The Public To Provide Input. The Board May Also Deliberate The Application, Decide And Conduct A Final Vote At This Time. 6.1. PL2024-0011 SE Anthony Santigate spoke on behalf of the application to allow for Biketemberfest to be held in September 13/14/15 from tower hill along Lakeside Ave and onto Foster avenue. Currently the Tower Hill Building as well as the Fancy Building do not have active liquor licenses. The Big House is currently the holder of the liquor license and will cover the event. Tim Joubert proposed a condition of approval that fire will be given a proposed occupancy count for each building prior to the start of the event. Scott opened the podium for public discussion at 12:08 and was closed at 12:09 a motion was made to approve the application By Ben Crawford and was seconded by Joe Gray and was approved unanimously. 7. PUBLIC HEARINGS, POSSIBLE CONSIDERATION AND VOTE Note: The Purpose Of This Agenda Section Is For The Board To Have A Presentation From The Applicant And Open A Public Hearing For The Public To Provide Input. The Board May Also Deliberate The Application, Decide And Conduct A Final Vote At This Time. 8. PL2024-0076 SE Amy spoke regarding the Laconia Fireworks event that will take place on Saturday 7/6/2024 from 4:30pm to 10:00pm with the fireworks starting at 10:00PM. Amy also spoke regarding the Band and Vendors for the  At This Time. 8. Amy also spoke regarding the Band and Vendors for the festivities. This was opened to the public for discussion and after no comments were made it was closed to the board. Scott sought a Motion to allow for this approval and it was so made by Hilary and seconded by Ben and had one abstention (Amy) and 4 yes votes. 9. PL2024-0077 SE Sarah Francis spoke regarding the application for the Acton Academy NH Children's Business Fair, The event would take place from 8AM to 2PM on 8/10/2024 in the City Municipal parking lot and would have T approximately 40 Vendors. The Committee inquired regarding the use of porta potties and that more should be gotten for the event. Also barricades were mentioned for the entrance in front of City Hall as well as the cut through area in front of City Hall. Also it was advised that all trash be removed after the event concludes. Amy made a motion to Approve the application and this was seconded by Mike and was unanimous. F 10. PL2024-0084 SE Paul Tokanel , and Donna Carignan spoke regarding the application for outdoor seating to be allowed at the Whisky Tavern restaurant near the water from June 1st to November 17th to allow for this use. The tents will A need to be inspected per Tim Joubert. Paul explained that both of the abutting properties have been great about absorbing overflow parking and that this is usually a benefit for the weekends with the larger area events happening.
