ROLL CALL Joe Gray; Code Enforcement, Tyler Carmichael; Planning Dept, Robert Mora; Planning Director/Chairmen, Nate Guerette; DPW, Tara Baker; Assessing Dept. Not in attendance was the Police Dept and Fire Dept. 3. RECORDING SECRETARY Savanna Brunelle, Admin Assistant 4. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS Minutes accepted as presented. 4.I. Draft Minutes 5. REVIEW OF PLANNING BOARD APPLICATIONS 5.I. PL2024-0069_AMD 1; 62 Pleasant St (433-186-1) Justin Sousa was present to discuss the proposal of application PL2024-0069_AMD 1. There were no comments from Code. N. Guerette had questions about the proximity of the Right-Of-Way and obstructing the line of sight. David Sherborne from Opechee Construction speaks upon concerns from Public Works. There was discussion about the signs and the location on the property. N. Guerette requested a written agreement needed between the developer and DPW regarding the sign in the Right- Of-Way. T. Baker commented about abutters and the fixing of addresses. The Planning Dept requested a table of signs to include the type, square footage, dimensions, materials, illumination, colors, and height from the ground for each sign included in the master signage plan. There was discussion on a proposal regarding adding a clock with time and temperature. The Planning Dept requested an updated Master Signage plan. There were no comments/concerns from all other departments. The applicant is to move forward to the July 2nd Planning Board meeting. 6. MINOR SITE PLAN PUBLIC HEARINGS, CONSIDERATION, AND POSSIBLE VOTE 6.I. PL2024-0074MSP; 1258 Union Ave (304-220-1) The applicant for 1258 Union Ave had withdrawn their application. 7.
