BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY MINUTES June 24, 2024 Regular Session: The Board of Public Works and Safety met in regular session on Tuesday, June 24, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. in the Common Council Chambers. Members present were: Cindy Murray, Ron Shriner, Eric Rody and Amy Moulton. Absent: Gary Henriott Jacque Chosnek, City Attorney, was also present. Cindy Murray called the meeting to order. The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the flag of our Country. MINUTES Mrs. Moulton moved for approval of the minutes from the June 18, 2024 regular meeting. Mr. Shriner seconded. Passed. BIDS UNDER ADVISEMENT McCaw Park Improvements Phase 2-Trails and Pickleball Courts Mrs. Murray stated that this item will remain under advisement. Proposal: GMAX Price for Service Area 11B Project (Build, Operate, Transfer) Mrs. Murray stated that this item will remain under advisement. NEW BUSINESS none CLAIMS Jeremy Diehl, Controller, presented for Board approval of Claims in the amount of $2,770,163.74. Mrs. Murray asked if there were any further questions and there were none. Mr. Rody moved for approval. Mrs. Moulton seconded. Passed.
