JOINT PURCHASING BOARD March 20, 2012 The Joint Purchasing Board met on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 1:30 pm in the Board of Public Works and Safety room, 20 North 6th Street, Lafayette City Hall. Present were: Mayor Roswarski, Tom Murtaugh and Cindy Murray. Absent: Jennifer Weston Also present were: Rick Morrissey, City of Lafayette Purchasing Manager Mr. Roswarski called the meeting to order. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Mrs. Murray moved for approval of the minutes from the March 9, 2012 meeting. Mr. Murtaugh seconded. Motion carried. NEW BUSINESS Recommendation for Award-Asphalt and Bituminous-Coated Aggregate Rick Morrissey, Purchasing Manager, recommended approval of the Recommendation for Award of the Asphalt and Bituminous-Coated Aggregate to all bidders which include Milestone Contractors, Asphalt Materials, Rieth- Riley and Marathon Petro. Mr. Murtaugh moved for approval. Mrs. Murray seconded. Motion Carried. PUBLIC COMMENT There was none. With no further business to come before the Board, Mrs. Murray moved to adjourn.
