JOINT PURCHASING BOARD February 25, 2021 The Joint Purchasing Board met on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, 20 North 6th Street, Lafayette City Hall. Present were: Mayor Roswarski, Cindy Murray, Robert Plantenga and Tom Murtaugh. Mayor Roswarski called the meeting to order. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Dave Payne, Purchasing Manager, asked to have the word “road salt” added to the Announcements section to read “State Road Salt QPA”. Mr. Plantenga stated that location of the December 10, 2020 meeting is incorrect and needs to reflect the location as Common Council Chambers. Mr. Payne stated that everybody in the same INDOT district will get the same price. PUBLIC COMMENT There was none. With no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Plantenga moved to adjourn.
