JOINT PURCHASING BOARD November 8, 2021 The Joint Purchasing Board met on Monday, November 8, 2021 at 2:30p.m. in the Board of Public Works and Safety room, 20 North 6th Street, Lafayette City Hall. Present was: Mindy Miller Riehle, Board Secretary Role Call: Absent: Tom Murtaugh, Bob Plantenga, Mayor Roswarski and Cindy Murray The meeting was cancelled due to a lack of a quorum. Bids were received from: Smyrna (SRM Concrete). Purdy Materials, U.S. Aggregates and Irving Materials. All bids received at this time will be left sealed and will remain in the Clerk’s Office until Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 1:30pm in the Board of Public Works and Safety room.
