MINUTES OF THE LAFAYETTE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MEETING April 26, 2012 Board of Works Room, City Hall 11:00 am ATTENDANCE: COMMISSIONERS: Jim Terry; Jos Holman; Mary Lundstrom; Donald J Teder and Greg Eller. CITY OFFICIALS: Jacque Chosnek, Deputy City Attorney; Mike Jones, City Controller STAFF: Margy Deverall, City Planner; Dan Walker, City Planner; and Nancy Hendricks, Administrative Assistant. GUESTS: Sam Klemet, WBAA; Stephen Liebbe, Citizen Welcome and Call to Order Commissioner Jim Terry welcomed everyone to the meeting, noted that a quorum was present, and opened the meeting of the Lafayette Redevelopment Commission. Approve Minutes of the Previous Meeting Donald J Teder moved to approve the minutes of the March 22, 2012 meeting. Jos Holman seconded. The motion passed. Approval of April claims Jos Holman moved to approve payment of claims in the amount of $369,129.31. Mary Lundstrom seconded. The motion passed. Public Comment/ Adjournment Jim Terry invited comment from the public. No comment was made. Jos Holman moved to adjourn the meeting of the Lafayette Redevelopment Commission. Donald J Teder seconded.
