Alex Gonzalez of Kettelhut, Inc., this is a Change Order to the CMc at risk contract we have with Kettelhut Inc. for
construction of the Public Safety Building and Parking Garage. This represents Bid Package #2 of our three packages
and Guaranteed Maximum Prices {GMP}. This change order/bid event agreement is for the core and shell work such as
masonry, metal louvers, covers, roofing, waterproofing of the amenity deck, framing, exterior curtain wall and doors
and totals $5,939,507. Bid Package #1 was approved for $14,250,933. The project total to date is $20,190,440. One
more final bid package is expected to be released for bid later in August. T.J. Thieme moved to approve. Jim Terry

TBIRD Design Services Corporation: Engineer's Services-S 4th Street Boundary and Topography Survey - The

proceed. This contract, presented by Tim Balensiefer, will be in the amount of $27,400 plus up to $600 in reimbursable
expenses. Jim Terry moved to approve. Shelly Henriott seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
