D. 2022 EMPLOYEE HEALTH INSURANCE Summary: Staff has received the 2022 Blue/Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) renewal quotes. The insurance committee is recommending retaining BCBS PPO and HMO health insurance options and the same BCBS dental option, as well as the continuation of a Health Savings Account (HSA), while eliminating the Flexible Savings Account (FSA) option due to higher participation costs. Recommended Action: Page 1 of 2  Motion to approve the employee health and dental plan with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, as administered by Better Business Planning, Inc., and that the HRA & HSA be administered by Flexible Benefit Service, LLC.
