Presentation from Ron McGrath from Tria Architecture on the Village Hall Breakroom and Staff Restroom Study. 5. OPPORTUNITY FOR THE PUBLIC TO ADDRESS THE VILLAGE BOARD ON AGENDA ITEMS. 6. CONSENT AGENDA Move to approve by omnibus vote items on the consent agenda. Illinois law permits municipalities to adopt by one single unanimous roll-call vote of the Board of Trustees and the Village President a group of designated ordinances, orders, resolutions, or motions placed together for voting purposes in a single group. Following the motion’s second, a brief discussion may be held about any designated item. If lengthier discussion or debate is needed, any Trustee or the Village President may request any item to be removed from the motion and those items will be considered during the regular course of the meeting as they appear on the agenda. All matters listed under Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Village Board and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed above. There will be no further discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from Consent Agenda and will be considered separately. Page 1 of 3 A. CONSIDERATION OF A PROPOSAL FROM R & S TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,000.00 FOR A COMMUNITY SOLAR FEASIBILITY STUDY. Summary: At the November Committee of the Whole meeting, Rob Hattabaugh from R & S Technical Solutions presented a proposal on a Community Solar Feasibility Study. The Study would evaluate the technical feasibility of a community solar system in Lake Barrington. Recommended Action: Motion to approve the Proposal from R & S Technical Solutions in the amount of $9,000.00. 7. TREASURER'S REPORT 8. ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT 9. CLERK'S REPORT 10. Summary: Last month, the Village Board adopted a Resolution for a 0% increase in the Village Tax Levy for 2025. This reflects the Village's disciplined management of taxpayer dollars and its commitment to economic development. Recommended Action: Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2024-O-23, an Ordinance for the Tax Levy and Assessment of Taxes for the Village of Lake Barrington in the amount of $823,000.00. 13.
