MINUTES CITY OF LAKE WORTH BEACH CITY COMMISSION PRE-AGENDA WORKSHOP VIA ZOOM FRTOAY, DECEMBER 12, 2025 - 9:00 AM The meeting was called to order by Mayor Betty Resch on the above date at 9:03 AM on Zoom in Lake Worth Beach. ROLL CALL: (0:51) Present were Mayor Betty Resch, Vice Mayor Sarah Malega and Commissioners Christopher McVoy and Mimi May. Also present were Interim City Manager Jamie Brown, City Attorney Elizabeth Lenihan and City Clerk Melissa Ann Coyne. Commissioner Anthony Segrich was absent. UPDATES / FUTURE ACTION / DIRECTION: Action: Consensus for legal to find out how many municipalities/counties are involved in the lawsuit against SB 180 and educate the residents about how the law effects them by having the PIO disseminate information including links to which State legislators to contact. (15:35) Action: Consensus to inform residents what their property taxes pay for with signs around the city and have the commissioners talk about what property taxes pay for during speeches.
