MINUTES CITY OF LAKE WORTH BEACH CITY COMMISSION PRE-AGENDA WORKSHOP VIA ZOOM FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2026 - 9:00 AM The meeting was called to order by Vice Mayor Pro Tem May on the above date at 9:03 AM via Zoom in Lake Worth Beach. ROLL CALL: Present were Vice Mayor Pro Tem Mimi May and Commissioners Christopher McVoy and Anthony Segrich. Also present were Interim City Manager Jamie Brown, City Attorney Elizabeth Lenihan and City Clerk Melissa Ann Coyne. Mayor Betty Resell and Vice Mayor Sarah Malega were absent. UPDATES / FUTURE ACTION / DIRECTION: Action: Consensus to add and read all the possible March proclamations to the March 3 , 2026 agenda: American Red Cross month, Anti-Racism month, Ethics Awareness month, Florida Bicycle month. Let's Move PBC, Palm Beach Pride month and Women's History month. Action: Consensus to send out an updated February 17 agenda to correct dates and the map orientation for Unfinished Business B.
