MINUTES CITY OF LAKE WORTH BEACH CITY COMMISSION PRE-AGENDA WORKSHOP VIA ZOOM FRDDAY, JUNE 26,2026 - 9:00 AM The meeting was called to order by Mayor Resch on the above date at 9:01 AM via Zoom in Lake Worth Beach. ROLL CALL: Present were Mayor Betty Resch, Vice Mayor Mimi May and Commissioners Christopher IVIcVoy and Anthony Segrich. Also present were Interim City Manager Troy Perry, City Attorney Elizabeth Lenihan and City Clerk Melissa Ann Coyne. Commissioner Sarah Malega was absent. UPDATES / FUTURE ACTION / DIRECTION: Action: Consensus to add a discussion regarding 17 S M St to the July 27 special meeting. Action: Consensus to have staff examine the parking policy in the future. Action: Consensus to add a presentation from Healthier Lake Worth Beach regarding the Neighborhood Health Expansion Project to the August 4 agenda.
