The Planning and Development Committee recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A ZONING CODE TEXT AMENDMENT AND A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR RELAXING THE SOUL-3, LLC AT 299 SOUTH RAND ROAD.
