PUBLIC NOTICE SPECIAL MEETING LAKE ZURICH BOARD OF TRUSTEES Public Notice is hereby given that there will be a special meeting of the Lake Zurich Board of Trustees on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Village Hall Board Room, 70 E. Main Street, Lake Zurich, Illinois, in accordance with the Illinois Compiled State Statutes. SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA 1. Call to Order and Roll Call — President Branding, Trustees Ernst, Halen, Poynton, Rzeznik, Sprawka, and Sustich. 2. Executive session to discuss matters related to pending litigation (5 ILCS 120 Section 2(c)(11)) and personnel (Section 2(c)(1)). 3.
