APPROVED SPECIAL MEETING LAKE ZURICH BOARD OF TRUSTEES Thursday, July 28, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. Call to Order at 7.00pm by President Suzanne Branding. Roll Call: President Branding, Trustees Halen, Poynton, Rzeznik, Sprawka. Trustees Ernst and Sustich were absent and excused. Also in attendance: Village Administrator Bob Vitas, Village Attorney Carlos Arevalo, Building/Zoning Dir. Dan Peterson. Motion made by Trustee Poynton, seconded by Trustee Sprawka, to adjourn to Executive Session to discuss matters related to pending litigation (5 LCS 120 Section 2(c)(11)) and personnel (Section 2(c)(1)). Ayes:4 Trustees Halen, Poynton, Rzeznik, Sprawka. Nays: 0 Absent: 2 Trustees Ernst, Sustich. MOTION CARRIED. Meeting adjourned to Executive Session at 7.01pm. Meeting reconvened at 9.13pm Call to order by President Suzanne Branding. Roll Call: President Branding, Trustee Halen, Trustee Poynton, Trustee Rzeznik, Trustee Sprawka.
