APPROVED LAKE ZURICH BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL MEETING Monday, June 8, 2009 1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order at 7:33pm Present were Village President Branding, Trustees Halen, Johnson, Poynton, Sprawka and Sustich. Also present was Village Administrator Vitas. 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION Motion was made by Trustee Sprawka, seconded by Trustee Sustich to adjourn to Executive Session for the purpose of discussing pending, probable and imminent litigation and not reconvene to open session.
