The Committee of the Whole recommends and the Board of Trustees approves A Resolution In Support Of Senate Bill 189 Amending The Freedom Of Information Act. The Committee of the Whole recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves retention of the audio tape of the executive session on April 2, 2007 until all interested members of the Board of Trustees have had an opportunity to listen to the tape and thereafter determine the disposition of the tape. C. Flex, Bish Creative Display, Lot 7 in the Astor Subdivision. The Committee of the Whole recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves AN ORDINANCE APPROVING SITE PLANS AND EXTERIOR APPEARANCE PLANS FOR LOT 7, ASTOR SUBDIVISION (BISH CREATIVE DISPLAY, INC.). (Assign ORD. #2009-06-635) D. Schuster, 310 Knox Park, variation for above-ground pool. The Committee of the Whole recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A VARIATION FOR 310 KNOX PARK. (Assign ORD. 2009-06-637) (Document included in packet) E. Concord Construction Services, 570 Oakwood Road, site plan approval for parking lot expansion. The Committee of the Whole recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR CONCORD CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, 570 OAKWOOD ROAD. (Assign ORD. #2009-06-638 ) (Document included in packet) F. On Hand, 940 Telser Road, letter of credit reduction. The Committee of the Whole recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves the reduction of Letter of Credit #2161 to $26,823.00 for On Hand at 940 Telser Road. G. Robin America, 905 Telser Road, letter of credit reduction. The Committee of the Whole recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves a reduction in Letter of Credit #2162 to $15,484.00 for Robin America at 905 Telser Road. H. Approvals for Lake Zurich Lions Club Alpine Fest 2009 The Board of Trustees approves a special event permit for the Lake Zurich Lions Club Alpine Fest 2009 and Resolutions seeking permission from IDOT to close Route 22 for the annual Alpine Festival parade on July 26, 2009 and Main Street from July 23 to July 26, 2009. The Committee of the Whole recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves the summer edition of the Newsline as presented. (Document included in packet) J. Ordinance amending the Lake Zurich Municipal Code Title 5, Chapter 2 regulating animals. The Committee of the Whole recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 5, CHAPTER 2 Board of Trustees regular meeting, June 15, 2009 Page 3 OF THE LAKE ZURICH MUNICIPAL CODE REGULATING ANIMALS WITHIN THE VILLAGE. (Assign ORD. #2009-06-621) K. Change order for firearms range. The Committee of the Whole recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves a change order in the amount not to exceed $25,000 for the installation of electrical services with Computer Design Ranges. L. Ordinance ascertaining prevailing wage rates for public works projects. The Committee of the Whole recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves AN ORDINANCE ASCERTAINING THE PREVAILING RATE OF WAGES FOR LABORERS, MECHANICS, AND OTHER WORKERS FOR LAKE ZURICH PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS AS OF JUNE 2009. Lake Zurich Christian Assembly, Knights of Columbus, 365 Surryse Road temporary use permit for occupancy of building with administrative offices pending Board of Trustees decision on pending zoning applications.
